With its humble beginnings in 1996, ICF emerged as a beacon of light for the Muslim community in the region. Its establishment bridged a significant gap, providing a place of worship and meeting for those residing in South Fremont, where no masjid existed between ISEB and Milpitas at that time. Over the years, ICF has grown exponentially into two locations, catering to the spiritual and social needs of a diverse and vibrant community.
