Despite being a minority within a minority, the organization and committed generational families have served the local Muslim community at-large from its inception. The Cham Muslim community has since evolved into broader organizations, branching to multiple cities around the region. The Fullerton Masjid, also now known as the Fullerton Muslim Community Center (FMCC) is currently managed by the California Nonprofit Religious Organization, the Cham Muslims of Fullerton (CMF). Although first established by local Cham families, the Fullerton Masjid community, by the grace of Allah, now enjoys the diverse body of its congregation boasting members from countries around the world, including the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
