AMP’s fiscal sponsor is AJP Educational Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Background Founded in 2006, American Muslims for Palestine (AMP) began as a community organization designed to fill a void in the work for Palestine among the Palestinian, Arab, and Muslim American communities. Over the years, AMP has transformed into a major national organization and a leading voice in the Palestine solidarity movement. Within the policy domain, AMP is engaged in vigorous advocacy for Palestinian rights, effectively reshaping the discourse on Palestine in the U.S.
