1. The child must abide by the rules and regulations of the school at all times. 2. The child must obey and respect the parents and teachers, and demonstrate Islamic manners and behavior. 3. The child must maintain the dress code of the school and demonstrate Islamic etiquette. 4. Parents must maintain Islamic dress code whenever they come to the school. 5. Parents will provide an Islamic environment at home and will try to be good models for the child. 6. The parents will regularly attend parent-teacher conference and other school functions. 7. Ideal Islamic School reserves the right to exclude any student permanently or temporarily at any time that the administration deems necessary, either in the interest of the student or the school. 8. Immunization record, birth certificate, recent PPD test for tuberculosis and prescribed medical form,duly completed and signed by a physician, must be presented before a student is allowed to attend classes. 9. The tuition is doc for the full academic year (ten months), even if the absent for a long of time. For ALL students: Update Immunization Record and Registration form. FOR ALL NEW STUDENTS : 1.
