Dar-us-Salam began in 1994 as a small Houston Islamic bookstore, and we launched our online store (dar-us-salam.com) in 1995. In 1998 we relocated to our current showroom at 1111 Conrad Sauer Drive in Houston. Over the years, our website and store have undergone several redesigns and upgrades to improve the shopping experience. Our inventory includes Qur’ans, Hadith collections, works on Aqidah (creed), Fiqh (Islamic law), Seerah (Prophetic biography), Islamic history, and extensive children’s and youth series. In addition to books, we offer a wide range of Islamic lifestyle items: modest apparel for men, women, and children; prayer rugs and caps; Arabic-learning toys and games; attar perfumes and incense; and Islamic art and home décor.
