It was founded on September 2, 1981, in Karachi, Pakistan, by the esteemed Islamic scholar Shaykh-e-Tariqat, Ameer of Ahl-us-Sunnah, Sheikh Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadri Razavi Ziyae ( may his exalted blessings continue ).
